• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Support Chef de Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef in all BOH operations and communicate goals for the kitchen department and overall vision for the restaurant.
• Manage labor.
• Oversee inventory.
• Assist in enforcing health and safety standards in the kitchen, walk‑ins and dry storage.

• Culinary experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• At least 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a similar concept.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Willingness to comply with all health and safety standards.
