We are seeking energetic, friendly, and reliable Service Crew members to join our team! As part of our front‑of‑house staff, you will ensure guests have a fun and memorable dining experience by providing excellent service, from welcoming them to assisting with menu selections and delivering orders promptly.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables quickly and correctly
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant each shift
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and fellow service staff
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred (but not required — we can train!)
Friendly, positive, and energetic attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Must be available to work evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Must be authorized to work in the United States
