Less than a block from Union Square, our hotel is a short walk from San Francisco’s galleries, restaurants, and shops along Geary Street. We’re two miles from Fisherman’s Wharf and six miles from the Golden Gate Bridge. COMPENSATION: $20.00/hr

PM, overnight and weekend shifts required.

This role embodies exceptional Guest Services within our Food & Beverage team. As a Bartender, wield the power to create a memorable experience for our guests by expertly crafting cocktails and serving delicious food with warmth and enthusiasm.

• Provide our guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness
• Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently for each guest
• Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and readily accessible
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
• Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas

• Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
• Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred

• Minimum 1-year Bartender experience in a similar role, size of operation required, hotel experience preferred
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
• Food Handlers Certification required
