Job Description
- This will be an hourly position with about 30-40 scheduled hours per week.
- Applicant must be available to work late nights.
- Food preparation: cutting, portioning, baking, frying, sauteing.
- Assisting with setup and breakdown for service.
- Refilling products, organizing, labeling while adhering to proper storage and maintaining a clean and
- Dishwashing
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
- Food handler certification required
- 18+ of age
- Experience as a line cook with 2+ years work experience. This is preferred, we welcome applicants
- Organized and flexible in a dynamic environment.
- A self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative.
- An excellent verbal communicator.
- Focused on customer service.
- Dedicated to quality, creativity and most importantly ensuring that all guests have a memorable
- Supportive of our mission and values
- Accomplished culinary students are encouraged to apply.
- Culinary background.
- Basic knife skills a plus.
- Knowledgeable of flavor balance in cooking.
