Base Pay Range
$40.00/hr - $80.00/hr
Role OverviewThe Senior Epidemiologist evaluates epidemiological models, study designs, public‑health datasets, and causal interpretations of observed trends. This role focuses on analyzing methodology, identifying confounders, and summarizing population‑level insights with scientific precision.
What You’ll Do- Review epidemiological models and validate assumptions
- Interpret population‑level health data and identify trend drivers
- Assess methodology for bias, confounding, or misclassification
- Summarize findings in structured, scientifically accurate formats
- Evaluate interventions, risk factors, and outcome relationships
- Support recurring reviews of surveillance data and public‑health reports
- Background in epidemiology, public health, or biostatistics
- Strong familiarity with study design, inference, and causal reasoning
- Ability to analyze large, complex health datasets
- Experience in infectious disease modeling or clinical epidemiology
