Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role based in San Francisco, CA, for an Acquisitions Associate. Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating potential real estate acquisitions, performing financial analysis, conducting due diligence processes, and preparing investment presentations. The role will involve collaborating with team members to analyze market trends, assess property performance, and contribute to strategic decision‑making. The Acquisitions Associate will also liaise with stakeholders to execute transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
• Expertise in acquisitions and due diligence, with the ability to identify, analyze, and deliver successful real estate investments.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, market assessment, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Background in finance or real estate is highly beneficial.
• Experience with real estate management software and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
