Overview
Join a regional neonatal care team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) supporting Level III and Level IV NICUs in California’s Central Valley. As an NNP, you ll serve as a clinical expert, educator, and care coordinator, collaborating with neonatologists to provide comprehensive family-centered neonatal care.
ResponsibilitiesThis full-time role primarily supports a Level III NICU with opportunities to rotate through a Level IV NICU and other facilities, offering exposure to high-risk and complex neonatal cases.
QualificationsRequirements include a Master’s in Nursing, neonatal nurse practitioner certification, active California RN and NP licenses, and relevant certifications. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Schedule & CompensationSchedule involves 24-hour coverage with rotating shifts across multiple sites, with pay ranging from $75.00 to $111.00 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, professional development, and relocation assistance.
LocationLocated in Fresno, CA, candidates must be able to relocate before starting. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to impact neonatal outcomes in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
