Full‑time. Based in San Francisco, CA at our Cow Hollow office.

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs; conduct acute, chronic, and wellness visits.
• Treat patients in‑office or in testing centers; offer occasional tele‑health visits.
• Continuously learn during weekly clinical rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate daily with in‑office teammates via huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize your specific clinical training and perform in‑office procedures as needed.

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• At least five years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner; must have at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary‑care setting seeing patients of all ages, OR
  • 1 year in an outpatient primary‑care setting plus either a 1‑year primary‑care fellowship or ≥1 year in an urgent‑care setting seeing patients of all ages.
• State licensed in California, obtained by One Medical start date.
• Passion for human‑centered primary care, strong communication skills with diverse individuals, proficiency with technology, evidence‑based clinical practice, teamwork orientation, openness to feedback, and adaptability.

Base salary range: $164,700 – $175,000 per year for a full‑time schedule. Sign‑on bonus available. Final determination may vary based on experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay for candidates exceeding qualifications.
