Overview
We are hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a new clinic in Merced, CA. This full-time/part-time role involves providing comprehensive patient care under MD supervision, managing diverse health needs, and promoting wellness across all ages.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients on health management.
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
Qualifications: Master s or Doctoral in Nursing, active CA RN and NP licenses, 2-3 years primary care experience, cultural competence, and strong clinical skills. Bilingual skills and community health experience are a plus.
