Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Exeter, CA.

• Conducting physical exams and health assessments for patients of all ages.
• Developing personalized care plans and performing diagnostic evaluations.
• Providing patient education on health management and disease prevention.
• Accurately documenting in EHR systems and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Current FNP or PA certification with an active California license.
• Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as eCw.
• Strong clinical skills in chronic care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and patient assessment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in outpatient settings.
