* ** Starting Wage:** $35 per hour Victorian Post Acute is a beautiful 90-bed facility located in a convenient area with ample parking. Our team is rehab-focused, providing services to both short-term and long-term patients.
Looking For:
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who has a passion for working with seniors. The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
* Trainable and able to follow instructions effectively.
* Capability to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.
* A dedicated, compassionate, and caring team-player attitude.
Job Duties
* Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
* Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident’s admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
* Periodically review and participate in updating the resident’s written discharge plan as required.
* Make daily rounds of your unit/shift to ensure nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
