Pager Duty.org mobilizes Pager Duty's people, product, and philanthropy to help mission-driven organizations respond to critical moments and build resilient communities. We're seeking a Director of Global Social Impact to lead our global impact strategy, nonprofit partnerships, employee engagement, and product impact programs.

The Director of Global Social Impact will be responsible for setting the strategy and leading execution for Pager Duty.org and the company's global social impact across strategic philanthropy, Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) stewardship, nonprofit market development, nonprofit customer success, and employee impact—partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive measurable outcomes for communities and for Pager Duty.

Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer and Vice President of Social Impact, you will define and evolve a multi-year social impact strategy aligned to Pager Duty's mission and company priorities. This position will lead annual planning, budgeting, and goal setting while representing Pager Duty.org with credibility inside and outside the company. You will manage the Senior Global Social Impact Specialist and develop key cross-functional partnerships.

If you are passionate about building equitable, outcomes-driven programs and have the ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment, apply today to lead Pager Duty's social impact efforts and become a thought-leader throughout the Company and the social impact community.

  • Partnership Builder:
  • Partner with Sales to scale nonprofit donation and discount programs that expand sector awareness and adoption, standing up enablement for the field including eligibility criteria, offer matrix, talk tracks, and ROI narratives.

  • Oversee employee programs to scale global giving, matching, and volunteering with equitable access across regions and modalities, partnering with ERGs and regional leaders to deliver localized impact initiatives.
  • Co-develop campaigns and co-marketing with Marketing to reach nonprofit decision-makers, tracking pipeline influence and building a community of practice of technical nonprofit leaders.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee diligence, risk management, and cross-border giving in partnership with Legal and Finance, refreshing policies annually around eligibility, DEI lens, anti-fraud, and conflict of interest.
  • Define KPIs and build dashboards, managing mid-year reviews and annual impact reporting while partnering with Senior Specialist, Comms and Brand on storytelling and external recognition.
  • Oversee tools and vendors including CSR platforms, grants management systems, and volunteering platforms, ensuring governance, documentation, and audit readiness.
