Overview
The Pisces Foundation seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Grants Associate to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Grants Manager, this role supports the foundation's grantmaking process and enhances operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Grants Associate collaborates closely with program and operations teams and provides crucial support to grantees and applicants. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who is eager to contribute to the Foundation’s cutting-edge social impact approach.
Responsibilities- Support the foundation's grantmaking process and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with program and operations teams to ensure effective grant administration.
- Provide crucial support to grantees and applicants throughout the grant lifecycle.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated with the ability to contribute to a fast-paced, impact-driven environment
