Membership Associate

The Membership Associate is part of the Development and Membership branch that leads our organization-wide fundraising efforts to advance the mission of the Parks Conservancy in supporting the GGNRA. Reporting to the Director of Membership, the Membership Associate is a key contributor to the success of the Development and Membership branch. The role executes data and administrative functions for Membership revenue streams.

They also provide support for all development revenue streams including Individual and Trustee Giving, Events, Institutional Giving, Corporate and Campaigns. This position is responsible for donor records in the Conservancys database (Raisers Edge NXT) including processing, tracking, and gift acknowledgments, maintaining individual records, regular reporting to internal teams and monitoring data integrity. They will be required to communicate directly to members professionally.
