We have a immediate need for a Paid Social Specialist with deep expertise in building Meta ads from start to finish— from interpreting media briefs to launching campaigns and delivering results to clients. This role requires someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can manage the entire campaign lifecycle independently.

• Develop and launch Meta ad campaigns end-to-end, including reviewing and interpreting media briefs.
• Build campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Ensure accurate setup and timely delivery to clients.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on objectives and KPIs.
• Stay updated on Meta platform best practices and emerging trends.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing and launching campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven ability to execute campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative best practices.
• Bonus:
  Experience in performance optimization and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
