We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories)
- Manage daily posting and community engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X/Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Experience with paid social media advertising
- Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and content marketing
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Creativity and storytelling
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
