- Help oversee and maintain a dynamic events calendar, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are always on track
- Manage and coordinate vendor relationships (catering, rentals, A/V, venues, swag, etc.), including quotes, communication, and on‑site execution
- Support end‑to‑end event operations including invitations, registration lists, attendee tracking, and day‑of logistics
- Partner with marketing to support event promotion, branded materials, and post‑event follow‑up / recap content
- Serve as a “boots on the ground” resource — assisting with set‑up, run‑of‑show execution, guest experience, and breakdown
