Event​/Marketing Coordinator

Our client, an innovative software development startup based in San Francisco, is seeking an Event / Marketing Coordinator to help bring world-class experiences to life. Event / Marketing Coordinator (Contract‑to‑Hire)

San Francisco, CA (onsite during onboarding; will transition to hybrid)

Tech Startup / Software Development

$32–$37/hour DOE

• Help oversee and maintain a dynamic events calendar, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are always on track
• Manage and coordinate vendor relationships (catering, rentals, A/V, venues, swag, etc.), including quotes, communication, and on‑site execution
• Support end‑to‑end event operations including invitations, registration lists, attendee tracking, and day‑of logistics
• Partner with marketing to support event promotion, branded materials, and post‑event follow‑up / recap content
• Serve as a “boots on the ground” resource — assisting with set‑up, run‑of‑show execution, guest experience, and breakdown
