The RoleAre you a marketing professional with a "get it done" attitude looking for your next big career move? We are seeking an ambitious, early-career Marketing Manager to work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer.
In this role, you will partner with our sales team on marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and build pipeline, support our event marketing program, boost visibility and credibility, and measure program success.
Key Responsibilities- Field & Event Marketing:
Coordinate and execute our presence at industry trade shows and regional sales events. - Content & Collateral Development:
Develop high-impact sales tools, case studies, and product sheets that translate complex technical specs into value propositions. - Digital & Social Media:
Drive social media content development, scout for opportunities to build on social posts created by others in our ecosystem, and play a key role in the ongoing evolution of the Wintec website. - Campaign Management:
Launch and track integrated marketing programs, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness. - Referral program:
Launch our customer referral program, leveraging our success with existing customers to help us to reach new ones. - Program Measurement:
Own the data. You’ll track the performance of our initiatives and provide insights to the CMO and sales leadership. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between marketing and the sales/leadership teams to ensure alignment on goals.
- Experience:
3–5 years of professional marketing experience. - Industry Knowledge:
Prior experience in the electronics industry or supply chain is highly preferred. - Mindset:
You thrive in a start-up environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and don’t wait for a manual to get started. - Skillset:
You are a strong writer, a creative problem-solver, and possess a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and program measurement. - Autonomy:
