Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a Marketing Strategy Manager. This role will be hybrid onsite 3x per week in the San Francisco Bay Area.

This is a 1-year W2 contract position with benefits & paid holidays!

As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you will work closely with product marketing, go-to-market, analytics, and finance teams to optimize omni-channel lifecycle marketing strategy and end-to-end customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Craft and implement advanced lifecycle strategies, across various channels like email, SMS, push notifications, in-product, and landing pages, using segmentation techniques such as cohort age, behavioral scoring, product engagement, and AI/ML-informed intent signals
  • Apply data-driven insights and predictive models to enhance customer experiences and maximize customer retention
  • Implement gamification best practices to boost product adoption, develop habit loops, and increase engagement across different lifecycle stages
  • Recommend A/B test plans to measure incremental lift for customer growth, onboarding, trial conversion, and retention strategies
  • Launch full-scale programmatic campaigns, involving hands-on tasks such as copywriting, journey mapping, and flow quality assurance
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Management, or related field
  • Experience using data-insights & dashboards to understand and develop lifecycle strategies using tools such as Amplitude & Tableau
  • Familiarity with Figma, Project Management tools, and Google Workspace
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, Fin Tech, or tech industries highly valued!
