💼 B2B AI software company building an enterprise AI platform for automating customer-facing and internal workflows

💼 Helps businesses deploy agents across channels (chat/voice/messaging) and monitor performance

💼 Strong focus on reliability and making agents easier to maintain than prompt-only approaches

• Founding Marketer building the marketing playbook from scratch (positioning, messaging, narrative)
• Create and distribute content that drives real pipeline (website/SEO/social/experiments)
• Build proof assets: case studies, customer stories, sales collateral, launch content, product videos
• Hands-on with visuals and collateral (they want someone who can ship without heavy support)
• Metrics-driven: able to explain what moved, why it worked, and what you would do next

• A scrappy B2B SaaS marketer who thrives in early-stage environments
• Comfortable marketing technical products (AI is a bonus) and simplifying the story for buyers
• Fast-paced, self-directed, can show portfolio proof and measurable impact
• Can create or drive content graphics and collateral, not just manage agencies

💰 Compensation: $120K-$170K base + 0.3-0.8% equity (flexible for the right candidate)
