About the Role

The Marketing Campaign Specialist will report to the Campaign Team Lead as a hands‑on contributor to the healthcare, education, or nonprofit vertical.

This is a creative role designed for an action‑oriented marketer with 3+ years of experience who is eager to sharpen their skills in content, campaigns, and community engagement. Successful candidates will be strong communicators with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and campaign execution.

Beyond writing and producing content, the Marketing Campaign Specialist should also feel comfortable as a Jotform representative, appearing in webinars, videos, and other external‑facing channels.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position, based in our San Francisco office.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist on Jotform’s Enterprise Campaign Team, you’ll help bring our brand stories to life and execute multi‑channel campaigns that engage audiences across healthcare, education, and nonprofit sectors.

Content & Storytelling
  • Create compelling blogs, case studies, customer stories, and reports that highlight the impact of Jotform Enterprise.
  • Develop and manage newsletters to nurture and engage enterprise audiences.
  • Script, support, and participate in webinars and videos — confidently representing Jotform on camera.
Campaign Execution
  • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including email, ads, and ABM programs.
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral, web pages, and other campaign assets.
  • Coordinate outreach to publications, influencers, and partners to amplify campaign reach.
Community & Events
  • Organize and host webinars for enterprise audiences, serving as moderator or speaker when needed.
  • Represent Jotform at conferences and events that we sponsor, communicating our message with potential customers.
  • Help manage Jotform’s You Tube and social media channels, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.
  • Engage authentically in online communities and represent Jotform at industry events and conferences.
Product Expertise
  • Develop deep knowledge of Jotform’s products, features, and enterprise use cases to inform campaigns and content strategies.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for storytelling and detail.
  • Confidence in front of a camera — comfortable appearing in webinars, interviews, and videos.
  • Experience creating content across multiple channels (blog, email, social, video).
  • Familiarity with tools such as email marketing platforms, webinar software, and social media scheduling systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or in verticals such as healthcare, education, or nonprofit marketing is a plus.
  • Base pay range: $80K-$110K. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience
