Senior Manager, GTM Strategy
Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid) or Remote PST
Pay Range: $81.00 – $91.55 /hr
Duration: 8 months
Our client is a global leader in creative software, offering innovative tools for digital media creation, design, and marketing. We are seeking a proven strategic leader to join our team as Senior Manager, GTM Strategy for Lightroom mobile. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our new world‑class video editing mobile app.
Your expertise in digital marketing, coupled with a consistent track record of accomplishment in product‑led growth, will be crucial in achieving our high‑reaching goals.
- Set quarterly and annual objectives, key results, and ARR targets, driving accountability cross‑functionally for performance against targets; in collaboration with product marketing, finance, and data science teams.
- Drive growth priorities: spearhead planning across acquisition, engagement, and retention with ASO/ASA, PLG, core product, marketing, global growth, and data analytics teams.
- Collaborate on product launches: work with cross‑functional teams on quarterly releases and post‑release optimizations.
- Improve customer experience: obsess over all journeys, identify improvement opportunities, and drive cross‑functional teams to deliver against long‑term customer growth goals.
- Develop actionable insights: partner with analytics teams to understand business trends and deliver impactful recommendations for growth.
- Lead testing priorities for marketing and product teams with focused learning agendas to meet business and customer needs and improve product value discovery.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Premiere’s key customer segments, providing insights to product teams for enhanced capabilities.
- Educational background: BS/BA or equivalent experience with 12+ years in marketing, software, high‑tech, or management consulting, supporting B2C products or services. Hands‑on experience with mobile apps is required.
- Understanding of digital business models and mobile apps; skilled in testing and improving customer experiences.
- Enjoy impact measured in real‑world metrics that correlate to near‑term and long‑term sales success.
- Success in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Leadership experience leading multi‑functional teams to launch high‑impact initiatives.
- Problem‑solving: ability to quickly assess problems, define options, evaluate, and implement solutions for critical business issues.
- Ability to take a stand, advocate a course of action, and communicate supporting facts.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
- Team‑oriented: proven sense of self balanced with a focus on putting the team first.

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated. In addition to base compensation, full‑time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
