Role Overview

Gridwareisseekingan enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Managerto  join our team. In this role, you willbe instrumentalincreatingprocessand structure for Gridware’snascent marketing department.

You will execute marketing campaigns, organize events,assistin the development ofmarketingcampaignof our innovative solutions while enhancing our outreach to key stakeholders in the energy and electric utility sector.

The ideal candidate will behighlyorganized,detail oriented,and passionate about promoting technology solutionsfora sustainable future,while providing essential support to themarketingteamand customer success teamstodrivecustomer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Assistin the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, email marketing, and social media engagement to promote

    Gridware’stechnology and initiatives.
  • Manage the marketingtech stackincluding

    Hubspotautomation workflows, email, landingpagesand newsletters.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, including generatingmarketing qualifiedleads, and developing marketing collateral to support the sales process.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, webinars, community outreach, and customer engagement events, ensuring alllogisticsare managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, includingproductmarketingto gather information, create promotional materials, and develop engaging content that highlights

    Gridware’sproducts and services.
  • Manage andmaintainthe marketing calendar to ensuretimelyexecution of campaigns andevents andtrack key deadlines and milestones.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other external partners to secure event resources and support, ensuring a seamless event experience.
  • Monitor and report on event outcomes and marketing campaign performance,and website trafficwhileproviding insights and recommendations for future initiatives based on data analysis.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database ofmarketingcontacts,media,partners, and event participants, andassistin nurturing those relationships to foster collaboration and engagement.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks including budget tracking, invoicing, andmaintainingproject documentation.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing,communications,event Management, ora related field.
  • Strong proven experience in Hub Spot’sMarketing

    Hub.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role, preferably within the technology or energy sectors.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, witha keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms,and Atlassianproducts.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
  • A passion for sustainability and a keen interest in the energy industry is a strong advantage.
