The Role Responsibilities- Design and implement loyalty programs and campaigns that increase retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with clients’ marketing teams to launch targeted, multi-channel campaigns that boost engagement.
- Partner with product teams to advocate for features and enhancements that strengthen customer loyalty.
- Lead regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
- Track and optimize KPIs such as redemption rates, churn, CLTV, and campaign performance.
- Apply test-and-learn approaches to continuously improve program effectiveness.
- 5+ years in loyalty, CRM, retention marketing, or customer experience roles.
- Strong client-facing experience and consulting presence.
- Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets - pivot tables, percentile analysis, data visualization).
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages, segmentation, and retention levers.
- Experience collaborating across product, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect strategic vision to tactical execution.
