The Role Responsibilities
  • Design and implement loyalty programs and campaigns that increase retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients’ marketing teams to launch targeted, multi-channel campaigns that boost engagement.
  • Partner with product teams to advocate for features and enhancements that strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Track and optimize KPIs such as redemption rates, churn, CLTV, and campaign performance.
  • Apply test-and-learn approaches to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in loyalty, CRM, retention marketing, or customer experience roles.
  • Strong client-facing experience and consulting presence.
  • Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets - pivot tables, percentile analysis, data visualization).
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages, segmentation, and retention levers.
  • Experience collaborating across product, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect strategic vision to tactical execution.
