We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing expert to join our Product Marketing team at a pivotal and exciting time for the organization.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Working cross‑functionally with Product, Brand & Social Media, PR, Design, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, UX Research and Consumer Insights to bring a vision for helping Strava’s 120M+ athletes get the most out of their Strava experience.
• Serving as a key strategic partner to the Product team, using market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer research to influence product roadmap prioritization.
• Shaping feature development decisions through market expertise to build products that resonate with our diverse athlete community while driving business growth.
• Marketing new and existing product features that reinforce Strava’s core values and lead integrated marketing for high‑priority initiatives.

• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and serve as the marketing voice in product development, owning end‑to‑end project coordination.
• Build scalable marketing systems and processes that enable the team to execute efficiently.
• Develop go‑to‑market plans for product priorities and new innovations, turning ideas into action while operating in ambiguity.
• Use data and insights to inform product and marketing decisions, creating repeatable playbooks and measurement frameworks.

• A BA or MBA (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of professional experience in B2C product marketing in a corporate or startup environment, preferably with a direct‑to‑consumer app‑based product.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing up to executive stakeholders.
• A proven track record of launching products that drive adoption and deliver measurable impact.
• Ability to create repeatable processes, playbooks, and frameworks that improve team efficiency.
• Fluency with data, including market sizing, forecasting, and marketing efficacy.
