Marketing Operations Manager - Global Content and Webinars

Join our team as a Marketing Operations Manager, where you will lead and innovate in global content and webinar programs, enhancing marketing strategies and driving impactful campaigns.

• Lead and optimize end-to-end operations for global content and webinar initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
• Facilitate webinars, manage live events, and ensure high engagement through strategic planning and execution.
• Analyze marketing metrics to identify trends and recommend data‑driven optimizations.
• Maintain and update documentation to support scalability and continuous improvement of marketing operations processes.

• Proven experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, and proficiency in running webinars using Zoom.
• Strong project management skills with a customer‑centric approach and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating insights and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for effective project execution and reporting.

• Understanding of the buyer's journey and experience with marketing attribution and channel tracking.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS for enhanced marketing operations.
• Experience in building reports and dashboards in Salesforce, and a certification in any marketing automation platform.
