About the Role

We need someone who sees the massive opportunity in front of us and knows exactly how to capture it. You understand that we're not just building another AI tool – we're creating the platform that will democratize AI development for millions of knowledge workers who never thought they could build with AI. This role is about turning product‑market fit into a growth engine that scales.

You'll own the full funnel from awareness to activation to expansion, building the marketing machine that takes us from thousands of users to millions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the entire growth funnel – From the first touchpoint to enterprise expansion. Build measurement frameworks, identify conversion bottlenecks, and systematically optimize every step of the user journey.
  • Build our go‑to‑market engine – Design and execute campaigns that introduce AI‑curious knowledge workers to what's possible when they can build their own AI agents. Turn curiosity into capability.
  • Scale what's working, kill what's not – Inherit early traction and promising experiments, turn the winners into scalable, predictable growth channels while ruthlessly cutting the losers.
  • Partner with product on activation and retention – Work directly with product team to optimize onboarding, identify expansion opportunities, and build in‑product growth loops that turn users into advocates.
  • Build and optimize our content engine – Partner with the content creator and social media team to turn thought leadership into demand generation and user success stories into case studies that convert.
  • Develop our partnership and community strategy – Identify and execute partnerships with AI communities, creator platforms, and complementary tools that introduce us to our ideal users.
  • Lead experimentation across all channels – Paid acquisition, SEO, email marketing, webinars, events – test everything, measure what matters, and scale what works.
  • Own the narrative and positioning – Work with brand and content teams to refine how we talk about ourselves, ensuring messaging resonates with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
You Should Probably
  • Have built growth engines from scratch – Took products from early traction to significant scale, experienced 0‑1 and 1‑10 growth phases.
  • Understand technical products deeply – Marketed to developers, knowledge workers, or technical decision‑makers, making complex capabilities approachable.
  • Be obsessively data‑driven – Instrument everything, trust metrics over intuition, spot signal from noise in complex funnels.
  • Excel at cross‑functional collaboration – Work closely with product, engineering, design, and content teams, influence without authority, build consensus around growth priorities.
  • Move fast without breaking things – Launch experiments quickly while maintaining quality and brand consistency, test fast yet invest when needed.
  • Think in systems, not tactics – Build repeatable processes that compound over time, connect acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Communicate growth insights clearly – Translate complex funnel analysis into actionable insights for technical and business stakeholders.
You Definitely Have
  • 2+ years of growth marketing experience at a high‑growth B2B or prosumer company.
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition – Specific channels, campaigns, or strategies that drove significant, sustainable growth.
  • Deep experience with the full marketing stack – Attribution and analytics tools, marketing automation, A/B testing platforms, paid acquisition channels, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills – Build cohort analyses, LTV models, funnel optimization frameworks; comfortable in SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools.
