TITLE : DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER
LOCATION : UNITED STATES (BAY AREA)
We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Segment Marketer to join our dynamic SaaS marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically planning, executing, and optimizing regional marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth for Super Ops in the Bay Area and broader West Coast market. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales by creating localized, high-impact campaigns and events.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Strategy and Planning:
Design and execute high-impact field events that align with Super Ops’ brand and growth objectives, driving regional awareness and pipeline generation.
Event Promotion:
Develop and deploy strategic promotional campaigns to drive attendance and engagement. This includes localized social media, email marketing, partnerships, and paid media efforts tailored for the tech ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with sales, product marketing, customer success, and demand generation teams to ensure field activities are tightly aligned with Super Ops’ go-to-market initiatives and revenue goals.
Innovative Marketing Initiatives:
Launch creative and unconventional campaigns; including localized guerrilla marketing, industry networking events, and strategic sponsor ships; that elevate Super Ops’ presence in competitive markets.
Campaign Development:
Own the creation and execution of end-to-end event campaigns. This includes audience segmentation, messaging, logistics, lead capture, follow-up workflows, and ROI tracking.
Customer Segmentation :
You will be instrumental in identifying and defining customer segments to drive targeted marketing strategies and enhance campaign performance.
Define customer segments based on key factors such as demographics, behaviors, firmographics (B2B), and other relevant criteria. Track and analyze segment performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV), adjusting strategies as needed based on data insights.
MUST HAVE
• Creativity and Marketing Expertise:
Proven ability to conceptualize and bring to life memorable in-person and hybrid experiences that reflect brand identity and resonate with target personas.
• Strategic Advertising
Skills:
Strong understanding of regional media buying, A/B testing, and audience targeting to drive efficient event promotion.
• Collaborative Mindset:
Excellent communication and project management skills with experience partnering across marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
• Innovative Thinking:
Resourceful and experimental approach to demand generation, with a willingness to test new tactics and learn from results.
• Campaign Management:
Demonstrated experience owning marketing campaigns from concept to analysis, with an eye on optimizing for engagement and pipeline contribution.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Understanding of SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV.
