Overview

In support of our Fortune 100 Financial Services client's North American Marketing team, we are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Presentations Specialist with exceptional PowerPoint and executive storytelling expertise to support our client's marketing goals. This role is responsible for translating marketing strategy, performance, and initiatives into clear, compelling executive-level presentations that enable leadership alignment and decision-making.

This position operates at the intersection of marketing operations, strategy, and communication, ensuring that Marketing and Sales’s work is represented accurately, consistently, and professionally to senior leaders and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong corporate marketing experience, a sharp eye for detail, and near–subject matter expertise in PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Storytelling & Presentations
    • Own the development of executive-level PowerPoint presentations for Marketing leadership, executive reviews, board-level updates, and cross-functional forums
    • Partner with senior marketing leaders to shape narratives, structure stories, and synthesize complex inputs into cohesive, leadership-ready decks
    • Apply advanced PowerPoint capabilities (slide masters, templates, layouts, charts, visual hierarchy, and selective animation) to deliver polished, impactful presentations
    • Ensure presentations align with brand standards, visual identity, and executive communication expectations
  • Marketing Operations & Coordination
    • Serve as a central operational partner for Marketing leadership, coordinating inputs, timelines, and approvals for leadership communications
    • Consolidate content from multiple teams into clear, concise, and well-structured presentations
    • Manage version control, revisions, and final delivery under tight deadlines and evolving priorities
    • Support marketing planning cycles, performance reviews, and operational rhythms with presentation-ready materials
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Operations teams to gather inputs and align messaging
    • Confidently engage with senior and executive stakeholders, incorporating feedback quickly and accurately
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve storytelling, presentation structure, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, communications, or a related role within a corporate marketing organization or agency environment
  • Advanced PowerPoint expertise (near-SME level), with a proven track record of creating executive-ready presentations
  • Experience supporting VP-level and executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of corporate marketing operating models, planning cycles, and performance reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience translating data and insights into compelling visual narratives
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and enterprise design systems
  • Agency experience supporting senior client leadership is a plus

Additional Information
  • The starting pay range for this role is $45-55 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
