Overview
We are searching for a Marketing Manager who will work with the Executive team on the development of proposals from concept to completion, providing full-service proposal development and creating a top-grade product. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will also assist with the creation and implementation of marketing materials and communications. This role will oversee the day-to-day marketing initiatives to ensure tasks are executed successfully.
Responsibilities
Manage the process and execution of RFQs/RFPs through the entire process, including planning, research, strategy, analysis, writing, editing, and quality control;Collaborate with Executives to identify, prioritize, and track current and prospective projects;Create and maintain marketing collateral, including project data, resume data, advertisements, event announcements, email blasts, website content, brochures, signage, and publications;Manage the company’s CRM system and all information gathering regarding employees, projects, clients, and consultants;Establish clear brand guidelines and implement brand consistency both internally and externally;Lead and coordinate public relations and advertising programs, corporate identity development and implementation, special events, job fairs, and market research activities;Manage social media channels, including Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram;Keep up-to-date with industry trends and publications; andDesign both online and offline marketing campaigns, review progress and success metrics, and iterate and propose new campaigns as necessary.Qualifications
Education or Experience must include: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, and 2 years of marketing experience with a construction or real estate development firm.
