• Own the company‑wide marketing strategy tied to GMV, pipeline, and consumer growth.
• Translate company goals into measurable marketing KPIs and execution plans.
• Build predictable demand engines across inbound, outbound, lifecycle, and brand.

• Implement AI‑powered attribution, forecasting, content generation, and experimentation systems.
• Use AI agents for campaign optimization, audience segmentation, creative testing, and performance analysis.
• Build dashboards connecting marketing outputs to revenue outcomes.

• Own Revi’s brand voice, category positioning, and external narrative.
• Lead product launches, funding announcements, and major moments such as Innovation Night and consumer launches.
• Ensure consistency across website, social, lifecycle, and partner marketing.

• Build and lead a high‑performing marketing org (Director level and below).
• Establish clear ownership, operating cadence, and accountability.
• Coach leaders to execute with speed, clarity, and excellence.

• 10+ years in marketing leadership roles.
• Experience scaling B2B, B2C, or marketplace businesses.
• Proven track record tying marketing to revenue outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data‑driven marketing.
• Executive presence with hands‑on execution ability.
