About the Role
Join Woodruff Sawyer as a Practice Marketing Manager and make a significant impact in growing brand awareness, improving client engagement, and generating qualified leads. You will collaborate with practice leaders, producers, and the marketing team to implement strategic marketing plans across different channels including events, paid ads, social media, thought leadership, and email marketing.
What You'll Do
- Partner with practice leaders and producers to strategize and build multi-channel marketing plans to promote practice areas and their growth goals.
- Collaborate with individual producers to build out personal brands, including thought leadership, social media, and email campaigns.
- Develop coordinated cross-practice campaigns with practice and growth leaders to increase cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, requirements, and competitor offerings to design marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, including Events, Social Media and Email Marketing, Content and Creative, and PR or individuals with equivalent experience.
- Develop content marketing strategies for practice areas, suggesting topics and crafting content in collaboration with subject matter experts, marketing team copywriters, and freelancers.
- Analyze marketing data to demonstrate how thought leadership, events, and email marketing campaigns generate qualified leads and drive engagement.
- Build relationships within sales teams, becoming a trusted thought partner and serving as the liaison between the Marketing team and Practice Areas.
- Ensure team members are applying marketing resources and tools effectively.
- Provide support to the RFP Manager as needed.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in lead generation, outbound marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and/or event marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in the insurance or a similar professional service-based industry and/or selling or marketing to the C-suite is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
