We are seeking a hands‑on Refurbishment Associate to support the refurbishment of our computers. The ideal candidate will have experience with computers, troubleshooting technical/mechanical issues, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities- Execute warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and inventory management.
- Inspect, test, and refurbish equipment and materials to ensure they meet company standards.
- Follow detailed instructions to disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, tools, and materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.
- Strong technical aptitude with a passion for hands‑on work and problem‑solving.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow instructions and maintain focus under pressure.
- Previous experience or curiosity in computer building and repair.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy objects as required.
