Job Overview Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as our Repair Operations Coordinator for KONE Americas in KONE USA - San Francisco, CA?

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process; booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP, initiate invoice down payments, requisition parts, follow-up with customers, and coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs.
  • Interact with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication.
  • Perform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing service and repair business of the branch.
  • Receive and book fully executed Quoted Repair orders in SAP, including releasing Service Orders in SAP.
  • Schedule Quoted Repairs and Quick Quotes; interface with/assist as needed with Service/Repair Supervisor, customers, 3rd party inspection companies and local Regulatory Bodies to schedule work and accompanying testing and inspections.
  • Interface with/assist as needed with Service/Repair Supervisor and customers to schedule Retrofits.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience.
  • High School education or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel; well organized; customer service mindset.

Compensation

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role is $68,600 – $89,900. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
