** Job Duties
** As our **“REPAIR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR,*”
*** you will provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process; booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP, initiate invoice downpayments, requisition parts, follow-up with customers, and coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs.

The role interacts with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication.

You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience to KONE along with an appetite for learning a new industry.  A High School education or equivalent.## ## Other Listed Duties as Needed
* Perform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing service and repair business of the branch.
* Receive and book fully executed Quoted Repair orders in SAP, including ‘releasing’ Service Order in SAP.
* Schedule Quoted Repairs and Quick Quotes - Interface with / assist as needed with Service / Repair Supervisor, customer, 3rd party inspection companies and local Regulatory Bodies to schedule Quoted Repairs and Quick Quotes work and accompanying testing and inspections.
* Interface with / assist as needed with Service / Repair Supervisor and customers to schedule Retrofits.
* Additional duties as assigned.
