Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily property management operations
  • Supervise staff and manage tenant relationships
  • Ensure properties meet operational and financial goals
  • Prepare budgets and monitor expenses
  • Address tenant concerns and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Contribute to maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Qualifications

EXPERIENCE WITH LIHTC, HUD and/or PSH (Public Supportive Housing) is REQUIRED

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide team members
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with tenants, team members, and stakeholders
  • Experience in Property Management and a solid understanding of maintenance and tenant operations
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management within property operations
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills to ensure tenant satisfaction and maintain relationships
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple properties and tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with local property management laws and regulations is an asset
  • A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
