Job Description:
Visa Direct is a payment service facilitating domestic and cross-border fund transfers/disbursements globally. We are seeking a Team Lead for a portfolio of NA Super Regional, Regional, and Community banks. The role involves building and leading a team of client Account Managers, developing, expanding, and achieving transaction and revenue targets, and driving growth initiatives in a complex environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing client relationships, expanding transaction volume, and revenue, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Organizational savvy and the ability to interface with all levels of stakeholders are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing full accountability for transaction and revenue plans for the client portfolio.
- Building and executing strategies for account growth and diversification.
- Leading client relationships and collaborating across internal teams.
- Overseeing team performance and development.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
- Proven success in sales, account management, and leadership, preferably with banking clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Additional info:
- Hybrid work model; travel 5-10%.
- Position in an office setting, requiring standard office activities.
