Job Description & How to Apply Below

Overview

Haven is building the future of migraine care for the 40 million Americans who suffer from this debilitating neurological condition. Backed by Runa Capital, Westbound Equity, Precursor Ventures, and 1843 Capital, we're transforming how migraine is treated through an innovative combination of telemedicine, AI-enabled monitoring, and personalized care plans. Our early results are exceptional — our initial patient cohort is seeing a 70% improvement rate with days impacted by headache reduced by half.

The

Opportunity

As an FDA-approved treatment for chronic migraine, Botox plays a key role in improving the lives of people with migraine. We’re hiring a Senior Operations Manager to own and scale Haven’s in-person Botox injection operation so that we can bring this treatment to more of our patients.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role will be responsible for translating Botox demand into a reliable, capital-efficient, and compliant clinical operation. You will build the systems, processes, and dashboards that support Botox scheduling, prior authorizations, inventory management, clinic setup, and provider coordination.

This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of clinical operations, finance, growth, and patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys building from scratch, and can balance operational rigor with speed in an early-stage healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end Botox operations, from scheduling and prior authorization through injection-day execution, inventory management and patient billing/reimbursement.
  • Design dashboards, workflows, and tooling to support scalable, high-quality Botox operations and to enable continuous improvement.
  • Lead operational expansion of Botox injection locations across CA and partner with clinical, finance, and leadership teams to launch new markets in the future.
  • Coordinate provider injection schedules and backup coverage across locations; support onboarding and operational readiness for injecting providers.
  • Support and eventually own strategic partnerships and the real estate components of launching new injection locations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience operating in healthcare, clinical operations, or similarly complex, regulated environments, with meaningful ownership of outcomes (typically 5–10 years or equivalent depth of responsibility).
  • Experience owning multi-step operational workflows with financial and compliance risk (e.g., inventory, reimbursement, regulatory processes).
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure where processes do not yet exist.
  • Strong systems thinker with experience designing dashboards, workflows, and operational tooling.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and influence across functions, including providers, vendors, clinical leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading or coordinating distributed or remote teams.

You may be a particularly strong fit if you’ve worked in or alongside outpatient clinical settings — for example, navigating prior authorizations, buy-and-bill models, specialty medications, or multi-site clinic operations. Experience building partnerships and scaling operational programs across locations is a plus, but not required.
