We are seeking a passionate, driven individual to join our Business Operations team within the Office of the CEO. The ideal candidate is strongly interested in technology, innovation, and the Employee Experience ecosystem. You have a proven ability to lead projects from ideation to execution with measurable impact. You excel at managing multiple competing priorities, knowing when to focus on details and when to step back to see the bigger picture.

- Lead the top Office of the CEO strategic projects. Historical projects include various high-impact initiatives
- Oversee due diligence for partnerships with notable figures and organizations
- Develop Better Up’s European market entry strategy
- Create Better Up’s 5-year growth plan for the Board of Directors
- Collaborate with Co-Founders on fundraising decks
- Revamp pricing and packaging in partnership with a third-party consulting firm
- Establish and manage the CHRO Growth Advisory Council
- Lead the Davos activation, fostering connections between Better Up’s CEO and Fortune 100 CXOs
- Negotiate and launch cross-selling partnership with
- Develop a strategy to expand the engineering team internationally
- Co-lead acquisition due diligence on U.S. and European acquisition targets
- Lead post-merger integrations
- Drive annual planning and manage the company OKR process
- 5-8 years of experience at Bain & Company, McKinsey, or BCG, with demonstrated success leading complex, high-stakes projects. Additional experience in a lean, high-growth scale-up is a plus.
- Strategic and Analytical Excellence: creative problem-solving with a structured, analytical approach and the ability to develop actionable insights for strategy at the highest levels.
- Cross-functional leadership: ability to work across all organizational levels, particularly with senior executives, to drive alignment and deliver measurable results.
- Execution Mastery: strong ability to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives with attention to detail and organization.

We compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, and market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $202,000 – $349,000. If you live in New York, the base salary range is: $291,000 – $349,000 in New York City;
$202,000 – $303,000 in Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Nassau, Newburgh, Syracuse.
