About the Role

The Associate Director of Operations will oversee a team responsible for Client Service, Operations, and Trading. This individual will ensure seamless execution of daily workflows, adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivery of exceptional service.

The role is ideal for an experienced operational leader who is comfortable managing teams, refining processes, and supporting a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage a team of five professionals across Client Service, Operations, and Trading

+ Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual transactions and operational processes

+ Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards

+ Coordinate with multiple custodians and external data providers

Qualifications

+ 7+ years of Client Service or Operations experience within an RIA or wealth management firm

+ Prior managerial experience required

+ Strong communication skills; comfortable interacting with high‑net‑worth clients

+ High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to problem-solve

+ Experience working with custodians such as Schwab and Fidelity

+ Familiarity with performance reporting systems (e.g., Black Diamond, Addepar)

+ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
