Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Key Account Manager to independently oversee warehouse operations for two high-volume strategic accounts. This role manages 6, orders per month
, ensuring timely fulfillment, high-quality standards, and seamless customer experience. Approximately 95% of time is spent on the warehouse floor
, supervising staff, inspecting products, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Warehouse Operations & Key Account Management
  • Own end-to-end warehouse operations for two strategic accounts.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for account managers regarding orders, shipments, and inventory.
  • Manage inventory, fulfillment, and shipping operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Kitting, Packing, & Fulfillment
  • Supervise and participate in kitting and packing operations.
  • Develop project timelines, job-costing sheets, and SOWs with gross profit projections.
  • Ensure all projects meet client expectations and deadlines.
Quality Assurance & Inventory Control
  • Conduct inbound inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Verify brand, style, and decoration standards.
  • Manage cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
Logistics & Carrier Management
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation and compliance.
  • Track shipments, resolve delivery exceptions, and optimize freight costs.
  • Oversee reverse logistics, returns processing, and restocking.
Performance Reporting & KPIs
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order fulfillment, SLA adherence, inventory accuracy, and returns.
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations or 3PL, including shipping/receiving, pick & pack, returns, QC, and inventory management.
  • Proven experience managing at least 5 concurrent e-commerce accounts.
  • Large fulfillment center or 3PL background preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of international/domestic freight and shipping processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Net Suite WMS and Ship Station;
    Shopify knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
