Typical day for our Area Directors…
As an NFC Amenity Area Director, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, overseeing dynamic, forward-thinking, top-notch services. You will lead, manage, and support operations across multiple properties in your designated area. You''ll be the driving force behind our growth and success. The Area Director of Operations will lead a team to execute and implement NFC’s strategic plans and is ultimately responsible for the site directors and the operational integrity of all managed locations under their supervision.
This position requires focused planning for each property to meet or exceed budgeted financial and customer service goals; promotes company and community-wide teamwork; and works with the executive team to develop and implement company initiatives. The goal is to set the tone and direction for the overall culture and leadership while communicating the vision and strategic goals of NFC Amenity Management
Responsibilities
- You will lead site managers and their teams, inspiring their best work and fostering collaboration.
- Collaborate with NFC’s senior leadership on creative, area-specific growth and development strategies, aligning with the company''s vision.
- Monitor performance and take action to support the on-site team in consistently improving performance and service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, your team members, and your NFC support team.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by inspecting and maintaining high service standards.
- Confidently and effectively solve problems and make operational decisions.
- Find, train, and develop the superstars within your teams.
- Manage the approved budget for each property in your portfolio, including revenue and expense tracking to drive financial performance.
- Perform 5-diamond inspections to ensure facilities are clean, tidy, and cozy, and consistently show-ready.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay in the loop on market trends and clients’ needs.
- Monitor service quality and make adjustments as necessary.
- Address clients'' concerns or issues promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Consistently visit properties while maintaining a well-groomed, professional appearance.
