Base pay range
$/yr - $/yr
This position has an on-site requirement. Candidates must be based in the San Francisco area and be able to work at the San Francisco JLL Office 1-3 days / week.
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our growing JLL Consulting Practice. The Associate Director will leverage data and insights to develop executable strategies and implement them to improve client’s real estate performance and meet their strategic business priorities. You will serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact with clients and are responsible for high quality deliverables. You will oversee the workflow of consulting projects, while partnering with a team.
The Associate Director role is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Compensation is commiserate with experience ($105k-$150k base) and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities
• Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects, driving measurable outcomes for clients.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing tactical issues and anticipating future needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to future of work, work dynamics, real estate, and workplace.
Attributes
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive‑level audiences.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles.
• Real Estate, Project Execution or Consulting experience.
• Change Management / Transformation experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power
BI preferred.
• Financial/Analytical Skills.
• Statistics / Research experience.
• Well‑developed verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly Organized.
• Client‑centric.
