PBV is seeking to hire one or more Assistant Community Managers to support its expanding Bay Area portfolio of multifamily properties. These individuals will play a vital role in delivering a hospitality-driven experience across PBV’s buildings by supporting the daily operations, resident relations, and amenity programming that define the company’s standard of excellence.

As part of Presidio Bay Ventures’ growing portfolio of high-profile projects, the successful candidates will work closely with senior leadership and on-site management teams to ensure each property reflects PBV’s commitment to service, community, and design. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established real estate investment firm that is redefining the modern workplace through hospitality-inspired operations and curated resident engagement.

This is a full-time, salaried position with an expected base salary range of $70,000 — $80,000

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in luxury multifamily leasing, resident services, hospitality, or customer-facing property management role
  • Solid analytical, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and shows initiative without direction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive thinking with a detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach
  • Polished and professional demeanor

  • Ability to travel to properties within the Bay Area
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Champion a culture of exceptional customer service and create a positive sense of community among residents. Actively identify and implement new or improved processes or services to benefit team members, prospects, and residents.
  • Answer all prospect and resident communications professionally and timely, balancing the needs of both internal and external customers.
  • Conduct tours for prospective residents, move-in orientation sessions for new residents, and proactively engage in annual renewal conversations to foster long-term relationships.
  • Ensure customer applications are complete and handle all aspects of background checks, deposits, and lease paperwork in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Enforce all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and maintaining accurate community records. Periodically conduct lease file audits to verify all resident records are complete and accurate, including all necessary addenda.
  • Process all resident requests for lease modification, including pet information, rentable items, roommate adding/removing, notices to vacate, transfers, early termination, etc.
  • Efficiently manage resident ledgers and ensure timely preparation and delivery of legal notices in collaboration with the Community Manager when required.
  • Plan and execute community events to enhance the resident experience and foster a sense of community.
