- Property Oversight: Ensure that the residential community maintains the highest standards of excellence. Oversee our Concierge team, service standards, and safety protocols to ensure a well-maintained and secure environment for residents. Assist the General Manager with indirect oversight of the Management Office team and Maintenance team.
- Collaborative Leading: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and teamwork. Provide guidance and support, ensuring everyone is aligned with the vision of delivering exceptional resident service.
- Resident Interface: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, actively listening to their needs and concerns. Serve as a trusted point of contact, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating their needs to enhance their living experience.
- Customer Service: Make introductory calls to all future residents prior to move-in and initiate face-to-face meetings with new residents to assure quality control and confirm satisfaction with service provided.
- Communication: Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests. Handle resident complaints expeditiously, diplomatically and professionally. Provide resolutions to resident problems and ongoing resident relations.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate files for all site administration, including lease files, operational procedure files, and work-order files. Prepare and process appropriate written communications (memos, letters, insurance incident reports, etc.).
- Financials: Collect and post all resident rent payments and manage the accounts receivable process. Submit, review, and approve purchase orders and maintain good relationships with vendors and contractors.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
Anticipated salary range: $80,000 - $85,000
Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
Qualifications- You have 1-3 years prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Assistant General Manager and 5 total years of experience in the multifamily industry.
- Up to 5 years of proven successful experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Assistant General Manager.
