Position: Shift Supervisor

Location: Uber Mission Bay 4 – 1725 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94158 (online applications only)

Schedule: Full‑time shift (6:30 am to 3:00 pm, days may vary – details discussed during interview)

Pay: $26.00 per hour, with internal employee referral bonus available.

The Shift Supervisor directs and oversees associates during a specific shift, ensuring all assigned job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure compliance.

• Provide training and create work schedules for the shift.
• Evaluate employees’ performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of previous food‑service supervisory experience in a corporate setting.
• Ability to manage shift oversight and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
