We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to join our client, a law firm, in the San Francisco, CA office. This range is provided by Abacus Group, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource, subject matter expert, and business partner to firm leaders, attorneys, and key stakeholders in setting direction for high‑quality Workplace Experience initiatives, while staying abreast of industry trends
  • Lead the recruitment and training of talent, identify professional development opportunities, and coach individuals and teams to enhance performance and achieve desired outcomes
  • Analyze and interpret data to manage dynamic office space utilization, understand client needs, and recommend improvements, while identifying innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery
  • Drive best‑in‑class client service delivery by department staff and vendors, enable one‑stop resolution for internal and external inquiries, and coordinate vendor partners to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
  • Oversee department expense allocation, address budget variances, and perform financial management duties with strong fiscal discipline
  • Safeguard highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Hospitality, customer service management industry required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a team effectively
  • Possess a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
