Join A&M PEPI’s MI&C team and develop an impressive range of operational skills. You will be involved from pre‑deal reviews to ‘Day 1’ planning and post‑deal implementation, providing deep insight into how a business changes and how PE clients outperform the market.
Responsibilities- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues and determining client needs through innovative assessment techniques.
- Lead work streams or focus areas within the Integration Management Office (IMO)—including Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 Readiness, Executive Reporting, Integration Roadmap, Communications, and Organizational Design.
- Directors will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions.
- Drive Day 1 and Day 100 planning, execution, and performance improvement in areas such as strategic planning, operational optimization, back‑office consolidation, supply chain, IT and reporting integration, and customer/channel management.
- Actively drive performance improvement assessments across an enterprise and oversee implementation of recommendations.
- Track progress against Day 1 and Day 100 objectives and adjust integration strategies or personnel as required.
- 5‑8+ years of professional consulting experience, specializing in merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
- Experience in integration planning and divestitures (a plus).
- Experience leading one or more work streams in a business transformation.
- Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following areas:

- Designing and Leading Change/Communications Strategies
- MBA preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Critical thinking skills.
- Flexibility to travel at least 75% of the time.

Benefits SummaryFull‑time positions provide healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and paid time off including vacation, personal days, sick time, federal holidays, a floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $125,000‑$190,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program.
