IFM Transformation Director

Location:

On-site – Mountain View, CA

Boden Talent is partnering with our client, a global organisation operating a large, complex facilities portfolio, to appoint an IFM Transformation Director. This is a senior leadership role with a strong strategic and operational mandate, focused on transforming how Integrated Facilities Management services are delivered at scale.

This role sits directly beneath the IFM Director and plays a critical part in shaping operating models, driving innovation, and ensuring consistent, high‑performing service delivery across a multi‑site environment.

The Role

You will lead enterprise‑wide IFM transformation initiatives while maintaining senior‑level oversight of daily operations. The position combines executive stakeholder engagement, programme leadership, and financial accountability in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as deputy to the IFM Director, supporting strategic decision‑making and portfolio leadership
  • Lead large‑scale transformation programmes including technology implementation, operating model standardisation, and process optimisation
  • Drive performance through data, analytics, and KPI management across hard and soft services
  • Oversee major IFM budgets, forecasting, and cost‑optimisation initiatives
  • Build and lead high‑performing, management‑level teams across multiple locations
  • Manage senior vendor relationships and ensure contractual and operational excellence
  • Support new site launches, expansions, and major capital initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years’ experience in facilities or property management within complex portfolios
  • Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder management capability
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
