Job Description

* To complete work orders and general repairs

* To assist with make‑ready turns

* To troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues

* To maintain grounds and common areas

* To ensure safe and efficient property operations

Required Qualifications

* Apartment maintenance experience

* Own tools required

* Skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance

* Ability to manage and prioritize work orders

* Strong communication and customer service skills
